Hosted by Jamie Hudson, the half-hour monthly show showcases student-athlete profiles, alumni spotlights, top plays and behind-the-scenes access to Pilot Athletics.On this month's show, we profile Portland Pilots Senior Sprinter Korey Thieleke. Thieleke spent the past four season on the UP Basketball team. In his first full season with the Track program, Thieleke qualified for NCAA Nationals in the 400m.
We will also preview the NCAA Track & Field Nationals which begin Wednesday, June 10th in Eugene. The 4 Pilot qualifiers are Scott Fauble, Woody Kincaid, Tansey Lystad and Korey Thieleke, the most participants for UP since 1996.
New to this month's "Portside," we debut a new segment called the #PortsideFive. This month's version will highlight the top plays/moments from the 2014-15 academic year.
