Bob Cantu, Assistant Coach
PORTLAND, Ore. – The weekly Terry Porter Radio Show returns to the air tonight from 7-8 p.m. on 1080 The Fan (KFXX). With Coach Porter unavailable tonight, assistant coach Bob Cantu will be in studio with host Jason Swygard.
Tonight's program will recap Portland's 3-0 start, talk about the four recruits that the Pilots signed this month, and look ahead to the prestigious Wooden Legacy and a nationally-televised Thanksgiving night game against No. 14 UCLA.

Cantu enters his 20th overall season coaching at the collegiate level which included 12 seasons at USC as an assistant coach, associate head coach and interim head coach and the last three years at UTEP. Known as an elite national recruiter, Cantu helped the
Pilots sign four players during the early signing period over the last two weeks.
The Pilots (3-0) have home wins over UC Riverside and Lewis & Clark, as well as a road victory at San Jose State to start the season. Portland is being led by senior point guard Alec Wintering (19.0 ppg, 8.0 apg), junior forward Gabe Taylor (17.3 ppg, 8.0 rpg) and sophomore guard Jazz Johnson (14.3 ppg).
Portland will face a stiff test at the Wooden Legacy tournament this week. The Pilots open against No. 14 UCLA (4-0) on Thanksgiving night at 8 p.m. on ESPN2. They will then play either Dayton or Nebraska on Friday and conclude the tournament on Sunday. The other competing teams include Texas A&M, Virginia Tech, New Mexico and Cal State Northridge.
The Pilots will return home to host Pac-12 opponent Colorado on Saturday, Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. and then UT-Rio Grande Valley on Monday, Dec. 5 at 7 p.m.

Entercom-Portland is now in its fourth season hosting the Pilots on 910 ESPN-Portland as well as the Monday night coaches show which has moved to 1080 The Fan this season. All Pilot games will be aired on the station will a 30-minute pre-game show and complete post-game coverage.
