PORTLAND, Ore. --- The Portland Pilots men's and women's track and field teams will compete at the John Knight Twilight in Monmouth, Ore., on Friday April 6.
 
On the women's side, there will be athletes competing in both short and long-distance events. Sophomores Maya Murphy-Cook and Michal Jones will compete in the 100m dash and hurdles, as well as the 200m and 400m. Four Pilots will compete in the women's 1500m later that day, and three in the 3000m steeplechase.
 
All of the men will compete in mid and long-distance events, with the majority running in the men's 1500. The Portland men will also finish off the evening competing in the steeplechase and the men's 5000m.
