Pilots Sign All-American JC Point Guard 4/16/2008 Junior college All-America point guard T.J. Campbell has signed a National Letter of Intent with the University of Portland and will join the Pilots with two years of eligibility remaining, head coach Eric Reveno announced on Wednesday. Campbell (5-9, 180) played the last two seasons at Glendale Community College (Glendale, Ariz.) and was one of the top prospects out of the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference (ACCAC). Jamie Zaninovich Hired as West Coast Conference Commissioner 3/9/2008 Jamie Zaninovich was introduced as the West Coast Conference Commissioner Sunday as selected by the league’s eight school presidents. Zaninovich, currently the Senior Associate Athletic Director for External Relations at Princeton University, will replace Michael Gilleran who announced in September that he will leave his post on May 31 after 24 years of service in that capacity.
