4/24/2008 Sophomore Filip Zivkovic became the sixth University of Portland men’s tennis player to garner All-West Coast Conference first team honors, as the teams were announced on Thursday. Junior teammate Joel Kincaid earned honorable mention status, while Zivkovic and senior Charlie Yemm also were named second team all-league for doubles.

4/21/2008 Sophomore Filip Zivkovic capped an unbeaten dual singles season and led the Portland Pilots to a sixth-place finish at the West Coast Conference Men’s Tennis Championships. Portland fell to Loyola Marymount in the fifth-place match on Sunday at The Degheri Tennis Center.

4/5/2008 The shorthanded Portland Pilots battled from start to finish before narrowly dropping a 4-3 decision to the Eastern Washington Eagles Saturday at the Louisiana Pacific Tennis Center. The loss snapped a five-match winning streak for the Pilots (11-7), while the Eagles improved to 11-6 on the season.

4/1/2008 The Portland Pilots extended their late-season win streak to six matches with a 4-2 win over Whitman College on Sunday. Sophomore Filip Zivkovic remained unbeaten this spring with a straight set victory at No. 1 singles for the Pilots (11-6). Whitman, which is ranked No. 18 in the latest ITA NCAA Division III poll, drops to 15-7 overall.
