Complete Schedule
PORTLAND, Ore. --- Portland’s scheduled baseball game against the Washington Cougars at Joe Etzel Field on Monday afternoon has been postponed due to wet field conditions. UP and WSU will try to make-up the game as part of a double-header when the Pilots visit Pullman, Wash., for a regularly scheduled game on May 17.
The Pilots are coming off a three-game WCC series win at Saint Mary’s last weekend. Portland won the first two games (8-3, 3-2) before the Gaels claimed the finale 1-0. Both wins were come-from-behind victories for the Pilots, who are 17-24 on the year and an even 6-6 in the conference.
Portland next travels to Corvallis, Ore., for a non-conference game against the No. 3 Oregon State Beavers on Tuesday. First pitch at Goss Stadium is set for 5:30 p.m. The Pilots then return home to host Gonzaga for a three-game set this weekend.
